Information on ordering products from Holistic Horsekeeping

We are delighted to offer products that we have field-tested to be both practical and effective for the holistic care of horses. Physical products in our store can only be shipped within the U.S. and will need a physical shipping address as they are usually shipped by UPS or Fed Ex. If you have a PO Box, please include it AND the physical address as occasionally physical products are shipped by USPS. If you are ordering outside of the U.S. please visit our International Shop to see books and downloadable products that can be sold in other countries.

Placing an Order

The easiest method for ordering is electronically through our web-store, right here. If you prefer, however, we’ll happily accept phone or fax orders. We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service.

Online ordering: Follow the check-out procedure as directed. You will be asked for a billing address and ship to address. After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation, if you don’t receive please check your junk folder, then contact us if you still cannot locate.

Phone: Please call 303-575-1170 and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Fax: Please fax your order and billing information to 303-575-1170. Please include your email address and/or phone so we can confirm receipt.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. Your charge will show up as a payment to MYRIAH/HHK.

Shipping

We ship USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex according to availability so please include physical address and mailing address if it is different than billing address.

We strive to have orders ship out within 48 hours of receiving them, but sometimes items are back ordered and/or shortages of products cause shipping to take longer.

International Shipping

We are only able to ship Madalyn Ward's books internationally, NOT horse supplement products.

Return Policy

Unopened products can be returned for a refund of the product amount within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded and customer must pay for the return shipping. Please email orders@holistichorsekeeping.com to alert us that you are making a return and get the address to return products.
