1. Can I change my order every month?
Yes, as long as you notify us about the change in your order at least 5 days before your order is scheduled to ship, you can make any changes you desire. You can notify us by email (autoship@holistichorsekeeping.com) or phone (303-575-1170).
2. What if I need to order something before my autoship is scheduled to ship?
If you can't wait for you scheduled autoship you can email us autoship@holistichorsekeeping.com and we can send your entire autoship, plus any extra product, to you ahead of schedule. This way you will not have to pay shipping and handling twice.
3. What if I want some of the additional products but do not want to set up an autoship?
We do not always have the additional products in stock so we need the 5 day notice to make sure they are available.
4. If I want to change my autoship how do I do that?
To change your autoship schedule or products, email us at autoship@holistichorsekeeping.com or call us at 303-575-1170.
5. What if I need to change or update my credit card or shipping information?
If you need to update your credit card, email us at autoship@holistichorsekeeping.com and give us a time and telephone number. We will call you to get the updated information. Address changes can be done by email.
6. What if I want to cancel my autoship?
To cancel your autoship, email us at autoship@holistichorsekeeping.com at least 5 days before your order is scheduled to ship.
7. What if I want to place a product on autoship but I find it at a cheaper price somewhere else?
If you find a product for less from another source, email us at autoship@holistichorsekeeping.com and give us your source. We are a small buyer and many times do not get much of a wholesale break on our orders. If we can get close to or match the lower price we will.
8. What if I have a product that I need every month but you don't carry it?
If you have a product that you use every month, let us know where you get it and what you are paying and we will see if we can get it for you.
