RETURN POLICY
Unopened products can be returned for a refund of the product amount within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded and customer must pay for the return shipping. Please email orders@holistichorsekeeping.com to alert
us that you are making a return and get the address to return products.

As a holistic veterinarian I realize the need for an on-line veterinarian site for horse and mule owners to learn about such basic horse care issues as hoof care, horse supplements, equine nutrition and general health. It is also invaluable for owners to have a holistic vet's perspective on equine health problems such as laminitis and the treatment of founder in horses. I offer online free newsletters and free articles containing information on equine acupuncture, chinese medicine,homeopathy and chiropractic as well as case histories demonstrating the effectiveness of these modalities. In addition our Healthy Horse (HHH)resource group and ebooks can give you additional help.
Have you even been frustrated about where to start with a supplement program for your horse? After all, there are at least 40 pages of products listed in most horse catalogs. Not to mention all the individual websites that offer special, less well known supplements. Who is to know what works and what doesn't and what works for one horse may not work for another.
We, at holistichorsekeeping, strive to help you with this dilemma. While the products we carry may not be the only good ones out there, we have had consistent good results with them. We also let you know how to use the products for your best results and offer a forum on our website where others voice their experiences with different products for different horses.
You will see that some of our prices are higher for similar products you can get elsewhere. There are 2 reasons for this. The first is that we focus on quality and potency of the products the carry. In our experience of working with many sick and old horses, quality counts. In the world of horse supplements the old saying, you get what you pay for, is very true.
The other reason we can be higher is that we are a very small operation compared to the horse catalogs. We are not able to purchase our products in large quantities so we pay more for them. The advantage of being small is that we know many of our customers personally and have a very special interest in them and their horses.
